Now in our 17th year of business, and with over 3 years spent in our brick-and-mortar roadhouse, we are truly settled into our dedicated Black Diamond Barbeque location. We feature traditional wood fired barbeque for dine in and take out and are proud of our weekly rotating specials and desserts that really let our chefs shine. Warm up with a specialty cocktail or try one of the local beers from Hill Farmstead, The Alchemist, Ten Bends or any number of the wonderful breweries that Vermont has to offer.
Real Vermont barbeque! That is our secret to success. We start with only the finest meats, marinades and rubs, using only the highest quality herbs and spices. We then use time and Mother Nature to produce some of the best barbeque in New England. Our barbeque is 100% wood fired, using local Maple, Sugar Maple, Black Cherry, and Apple wood. It’s the perfect combination of smoke, heat and time…which produces our great proteins. We’ve won the approval of barbeque fans from all over the states! And even though we continue to cook true barbeque using classic methods on true pits, we put our own award winning touch on it all by applying all of the local flair that our wonderful state provides. We are also committed to serving the finest spirits, wines, and beers made in Vermont and surrounding areas.
